Clearspring Organic Japanese Sencha Green Tea is very refreshing and has a lovely smooth, well-rounded taste. Not at all bitter like some other green teas that I've tasted in the past. I usually have to add a teaspoon of honey to my tea to counteract the bitterness, but NOT with this one! Added to that is the advantage that it is organic and sustainably produced! Definitely deserving of the 5 Star rating *****
The first package failed to arrive as the number of my flat had been missed off the delivery address. Clearspring immediately sent a replacement package which arrived promptly. I'm enjoying the tea.
The safflower oil tastes delicious drizzled over my seed bread with guacamole and scrambled eggs.

Love that this matcha is caffeine free. Gorgeous earthy, grassy flavour, great with hot water or with soya milk.
Free from additives, this coconut milk is creamy and delicious. I use it every day and is the best I have ever tasted.
I have tried different brands of Matcha but Clearspring is my absolute favourite. I say this because it has a mellow flavour which is not too grassy like some brands of Matcha. I like to drink my Matcha cold with vegan milk and ice. It's a refreshing drink which I enjoy daily.

Try them and you won't be disappointed. I luckily discovered them a few years ago and I buy them often lately because I love the taste, texture and nutritional value. It's a much better choice than other, unhealty, snacks.
This recipe for red miso soup is perfectly balanced and delicious. We find it’s best in a large mug or bowl (up to half a litre) and made with water at about 80ºC.
At the end of April, I shall be making light dishes using these bottled organic mushrooms and will give you a review after thoroughly testing them. I am fortunate in being able to buy organic fresh mushrooms from a local supplier but would like to learn some easy Spring and Summer dishes which won't involve lots of cooking.

i love this products, the date syrup is really organic an taste good, i will highly recommend , i will order more in future.
This is the best soya sauce I have ever tasted although it is not cheap. It has depth and not too salty, well suited for stir-fry and marinates. An important staple ingredient in my kitchen.
